For categories where a strong producer already exists, we aggregate demand and structure multi-year offtake so verified supply reaches the shelf.
Both are anchored in continuous, outcomes-based verification — sensors, satellite, and transaction-level data instead of a single annual audit.

Whole Hog Provisions
A European model of swine production scaled in the US. Hogs living in bedded hoop barns, fed a diverse ration including hybrid rye cover crops, and monitored via sensors and satellite rather than a single annual audit. Improved welfare, diversified feed, cover cropping at scale, and independent farmers supported.

BlueYou is a leader in mangrove-integrated shrimp aquaculture, partnering with communities to farm black tiger shrimp with no feed inputs or antibiotics in a way that regenerates the landscape and creates strong livelihoods.
RRP’s role: US distribution partner, building the connections BlueYou needs to bring their seafood to the US market.
Why this model
Round River owns no farms and no factories. Whether we’re selling our own product or structuring someone else’s, the method is the same: coordinate independent producers, processors, and logistics partners into a supply chain a buyer can commit to, and verify it continuously.
Our team has done this before. We founded Pacific Island Tuna and delivered more than 100 million units into Walmart — a fragmented international category with thin traceability and real reputational exposure.
